About the Muslim Ski Club

Our Story

The Muslim Ski Club was founded in 2024 with a clear mission: to transform the snow sports experience for Muslims around the world.

The inspiration for the club came from a memorable moment high in the mountains, overlooking the summits of the Mont Blanc Massif.

The club's inspiration came from a memorable experience atop of a mountain, staring at the summits of the Mont Blanc Massif.

By creating experiences that reflect the needs, values, and lifestyles of our community, Muslim Ski Club is helping make snow sports more accessible and welcoming for future generations.

Since its launch, the club has grown into an award-winning global community, bringing together members through trips, lessons, events, social gatherings, and unforgettable mountain experiences.

Our Vision

To build a global snow sports community where Muslims, from first timers to seasoned skiers and snowboarders, can connect, learn, and experience the thrill of the mountains across the world's most breath-taking destinations.

Our Purpose

We exist to tackle the underrepresentation of Muslims across the slopes by helping people connect globally, breaking down perceived barriers to entry, and creating new pathways into snow sports.

Through our three core pillars, Connect, Learn and Experience, we create meaningful opportunities for people to engage with winter sports in ways that respects their cultural and religious values.

Our Mission

To redefine what it means to hit the slopes.

We deliver tailored snow sports experiences, events, and travel opportunities designed with Muslim skiers and snowboarders in mind.

From our signature Après-Tea experiences, alcohol-free environments, prayer-friendly itineraries to halal dining options and community-led adventures, we've created an alternative to the traditional ski scene without compromising on the excitement, challenge, and camaraderie that make mountain life so special.

Our Values

Our community is guided by four core values that shape every trip, event and interaction. They reflect how we support one another, pursue personal growth, and experience the mountains with a purpose.

Respect (Adab) – How we treat others

Excellence (Ihsan) – How we improve ourselves

Modesty (Haya) – How we conduct ourselves

Mindfulness (Taqwa) – How we reflect on our surroundings

Together, these values help create a welcoming, supportive and inspiring environment where members can connect, learn, and experience the mountains with confidence and purpose.
