Welcome to the Muslim Ski Club community platforms. To maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful environment, we require all members to adhere to the following guidelines. By participating in this community, you agree to uphold these standards and contribute to a supportive and welcoming space for all.

1. Respectful Communication

  • Treat all members with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

  • Be considerate of diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Engage in discussions with civility, even when disagreements arise.

  • Personal attacks, inflammatory remarks, or disruptive behaviour will result in moderation action.

2. Zero Tolerance for Hate Speech & Bullying

  • Any form of hate speech—including racist, sexist, or discriminatory remarks—is strictly prohibited.

  • Bullying, intimidation, or targeting individuals or groups will lead to immediate intervention, including removal from the community if necessary.

  • Encouraging or inciting hate speech or harassment is also prohibited.

  • Members are encouraged to stand against discrimination by reporting any violations to the moderation team.

3. Relevance in Discussions

  • Ensure all posts and comments are relevant to the discussion or forum topic.

  • Use designated spaces for specific conversations to maintain clarity and organisation.

  • Spam, including unsolicited advertisements, repetitive messages, or excessive self-promotion, is not permitted.

  • Limited self-promotion is allowed only when relevant to the discussion and shared in moderation.

  • Community engagement should be genuine and valuable before promoting content, services, or events.

  • Do not promote third party products and services unless approved by moderators.

  • Do not create or publish invites to sub-groups or third party groups.

6. Reporting Violations

  • If you witness misconduct or inappropriate behaviour, report it to the moderation team instead of engaging in disputes.

  • Provide detailed information when reporting violations to help moderators take appropriate action.

  • Any unauthorised advertising or fundraising will be removed unless explicitly permitted.

  • Report any unsolicited solicitations to the admin team.

16. Conflict Resolution

  • If disagreements arise, address them calmly and respectfully.
